We took part in the Something Fishy Programme this year. We learned about different types of fish and species that live in the rivers, lakes and seas. We worked with Fionnuala from the Irish Fisheries Board and went on a trip to the calm and quiet River Skane to learn more. There, we collected samples from the river and Fionnuala taught us about them. She gave us information on keeping the rivers clean from pollution and how this will help the fish and insects.
